Role Description

We are seeking a versatile Video Producer and Editor to lead visual storytelling across both Robb Report India and Manifest Life with a minimum of 4–5 years of professional experience to join our team in New Delhi. This dual-focus role requires a creative professional who is equally proficient behind the lens and in the edit suite.

The candidate will be responsible for the entire visual pipeline—from conceptualising and filming high-end cinematic sequences to executing precise post-production and motion graphics. We are looking for an individual who understands the visual language of luxury and can produce sophisticated, high-fidelity content that meets the standards of a global lifestyle authority.

Key Responsibilities

• Production and Cinematography: Direct and execute multi-camera shoots, including product features, interviews, and event coverage. Expertise in lighting for luxury products (watches, jewelry) and interior spaces is essential.
• Cross-Brand Narrative: Adapt visual styles to suit the distinct identities of both publications—maintaining a "quiet luxury" feel for Robb Report while embracing the vibrant, modern aesthetic of Manifest Life.
• Advanced Editing and Colour Grading: Master the post-production workflow using LOG profiles to ensure maximum dynamic range and a polished, cinematic finish.
• AI-Enhanced Workflow: Integrate AI tools into the production pipeline to optimize efficiency in areas such as automated transcription, noise suppression, and intelligent reframing for social platforms.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the editorial teams of both magazines to conceptualize video strategies that align with monthly features and digital campaigns.
• Cinematography and Lighting: Lead on-site filming for luxury features, demonstrating expertise in framing, camera movement, and sophisticated lighting setups for products and interiors.
• Technical Execution: Operate professional cinema cameras and equipment, ensuring optimal image quality and dynamic range through the use of LOG profiles and technical precision.
• Full-Cycle Post-Production: Manage the editing process from assembly to final delivery, including advanced colour grading, sound design, and pacing that reflects a premium brand aesthetic.
• Motion Graphics: Design and integrate professional motion graphics and typography to elevate visual storytelling.
• Creative Strategy: Collaborate with editorial and creative teams to translate luxury concepts into compelling video narratives for digital and social platforms.
• Project Management: Oversee technical workflows and meet rigorous deadlines while maintaining absolute attention to detail and brand consistency.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Professional Experience: 4–5 years of proven experience as a Videographer and Editor, with a strong background in luxury lifestyle, automotive, or high-fashion content.
• Technical Mastery: Expert proficiency in Final Cut Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve.
• Field Skills: Comprehensive knowledge of professional camera systems, stabilisers, and lighting techniques suitable for high-end commercial work.
• Visual Sensibility: A keen eye for detail and an understanding of the "quiet luxury" aesthetic characterised by clean, sophisticated, and polished visuals.
• AI Literacy (Highly Valued): Familiarity with AI-driven creative tools (e.g., Adobe Firefly, Runway, or AI-based audio/captioning tools) to streamline post-production and enhance visual effects.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Media Studies, or a related field is preferred.
• Portfolio: A professional showreel demonstrating advanced skills in both cinematography and editing is mandatory for consideration.
