Job Description
As a Manager / Senior Manager in HR Digital Transformation, your role will involve driving the strategy, implementation, and evolution of HR technology initiatives across the Group and its companies. You will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR digital transformation programs, improving employee experience through technology, and enabling scalable, data-driven HR operations.
- *Key Responsibilities:**
- Support the development and execution of the Group HR digital strategy and roadmap
- Identify opportunities for process digitization, automation, and employee experience enhancement
- Evaluate emerging HR technologies, AI applications, and digital trends relevant to HR transformation
- Drive HR process reengineering initiatives to improve efficiency and scalability
- *HR Technology & Product Management:**
- Manage end-to-end implementation and enhancement of HR digital platforms
- Lead requirement gathering, BRD creation, vendor coordination, testing, go-live, and hypercare activities
- Drive platform adoption, engagement, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Manage enhancements and maintenance across platforms including Intranet, chatbot, systems, and other HR tools
- *People Analytics & Employee Experience:**
- Drive implementation of employee experience initiatives across HR teams and COEs
- Support employee listening, survey, and feedback initiatives
- Build insights-led interventions to improve employee experience and engagement
- Support personalization, segmentation, and employee engagement analytics initiatives
- *HR Digital Governance & Operations:**
- Support the HR Digital CoE in driving governance, alignment, and sharing of best practices across companies
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure timely delivery and issue resolution
- Manage vendor evaluations, SoWs, commercial discussions, and partner governance
- Ensure SOP creation, documentation, and process compliance across HR digital initiatives
- *Capability Building & Change Management:**
- Conduct training and capability-building initiatives for HR teams, SPOCs, and business stakeholders
- Drive Digital Academy and HR digital learning interventions
- Support change management and adoption campaigns for HR digital products and platforms
- *Branding & Communication:**
- Lead internal branding and awareness initiatives for HR digital programs
- Develop leadership presentations, communication assets, launch campaigns, and adoption narratives
- Represent HR Digital initiatives in internal forums, external events, and social media platforms
- *Cross Functional Collaboration:**
- Support enterprise-wide digital initiatives in collaboration with HR, IT, Communications, and business teams
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of digital programs
- *Qualification Required:**
- 510 years of experience in HR Digital, HR Transformation, HR Technology, Product Management, or related roles
- Strong understanding of HR processes and HR technology landscape
- Experience managing digital products, vendors, and enterprise stakeholders
- Strong project management and problem-solving capabilities
- Familiarity with HR systems, employee experience platforms, analytics tools, and AI-driven HR solutions
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- *Preferred Qualifications:**
- MBA from tier 1 colleges/ Postgraduate degree in HR, Business, Technology, or related field
- Experience working in large enterprises or multi-business environments preferred
