Experienced Practical Nurse Needed RVH

Enhance patient care as an Experienced Registered Practical Nurse at Royal Victoria Regional Health Centre. Deliver exceptional support for Alternate Level of Care patients in a caring environment. As a vital member of the Rotary Inpatient Unit, you will assess and manage the care of ALC patients, working in partnership with an interdisciplinary team to uphold the quality standards set by RVH.

Your nursing diploma and clinical skills will be essential in delivering compassionate healthcare. Key Responsibilities:

• Assess patient health and implement care plans
• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams
• Uphold hospital policies and standards of care
• Educate patients and families on health management
• Record patient information accurately and timely Requirements:
• Diploma in Practical Nursing or equivalent
• Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Completion of a recognized medication administration course
• BCLS Certification
