Flight Operations Manager

Role Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Flight Operations professional responsible for managing airline bookings, ticketing, fare rules, re-issuance, cancellations, and coordination with airlines. The role requires strong operational knowledge, accuracy, and the ability to handle time-sensitive travel requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle domestic & international flight bookings

Manage ticketing, re-issuance, refunds, cancellations & fare recalculations

Coordinate with airlines for schedule changes & disruptions

Ensure compliance with airline policies & travel regulations

Monitor PNRs and ensure accurate documentation

Support sales & customer service teams with fare quotations

Maintain strong relationships with airline partners

Resolve operational issues and escalations efficiently

Required Skills

Hands-on experience with GDS systems (Amadeus / Galileo / Sabre)

Strong knowledge of airline fare rules & ticketing processes

Experience in international & domestic routing

Good communication & coordination skills

Ability to work under pressure & tight deadlines

Preferred

IATA certification (added advantage)

Experience in corporate travel / OTA / travel management company

Willingness to work in rotational shifts (if applicable)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
