Job Description

As a Sales and Marketing Manager at Royal Pharma, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and expanding our customer base. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and executing sales & marketing strategies to drive business growth.
  • Identifying new business opportunities in API, intermediates, or specialty chemicals.
  • Handling client coordination and maintaining strong relationships with customers.
  • Achieving sales targets and expanding the customer base.
  • Coordinating with production and supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery.
  • Conducting market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead in the industry.
  • Preparing sales reports, forecasts, and MIS to track performance effectively.

To excel in this role, you should have:

  • 2 to 10 years of experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry.
  • Preferably a Science Graduate with additional qualifications in Marketing.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of the pharma/API/intermediates industry would be advantageous.
  • Willingness to travel across India for business purposes.
  • Ability to work independently, meet targets, and deliver results.
  • Good presentation and client-handling skills to effectively represent the company.
