As a Sales and Marketing Manager at Royal Pharma, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and expanding our customer base. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and executing sales & marketing strategies to drive business growth.
- Identifying new business opportunities in API, intermediates, or specialty chemicals.
- Handling client coordination and maintaining strong relationships with customers.
- Achieving sales targets and expanding the customer base.
- Coordinating with production and supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Conducting market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead in the industry.
- Preparing sales reports, forecasts, and MIS to track performance effectively.
To excel in this role, you should have:
- 2 to 10 years of experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry.
- Preferably a Science Graduate with additional qualifications in Marketing.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of the pharma/API/intermediates industry would be advantageous.
- Willingness to travel across India for business purposes.
- Ability to work independently, meet targets, and deliver results.
- Good presentation and client-handling skills to effectively represent the company.
