What is the opportunity?
As Executive Recruitment Analyst, you will be an integral part of RBC's Employee Experience team, accountable for supporting Executive Recruitment initiatives. You will work alongside colleagues who are focused on employee experience, developing talent and building a winning culture.
Your mandate will involve partnering with internal and external stakeholders to contribute to the team’s key priorities in the support of the end-to-end Executive Recruitment experience.

What will you do?
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle coordination and conducting research and analysis to support strategic hiring decisions for senior leadership positions.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment Coordination
- Coordinate all aspects of the executive search process from requisition to offer acceptance
- Schedule and organize interviews with multiple stakeholders, including C-suite executives and board members
- Manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment process, ensuring exceptional candidate experience
- Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics for candidate interviews and site visits
- Distribute interview materials, including candidate profiles, interview guides, and evaluation forms
- Track and manage all recruitment activities in the shared drive and Workday
Research & Analysis
- Conduct market research to identify potential executive candidates through various channels including LinkedIn, industry databases, and professional networks
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future executive-level positions
- Create reports and presentations on recruitment metrics, pipeline status, and market insights
Stakeholder Management
- Partner with hiring managers and executives to understand position requirements and organizational needs
- Liaise with executive search firms and recruitment agencies as needed
- Coordinate with HR business partners on offer letters and onboarding processes
Administrative Excellence
- Maintain accurate and confidential recruitment records and documentation
- Process background checks, reference checks, and employment verifications
- Coordinate the preparation of offer letters and employment contracts in coordination with legal and HR teams
- Ensure compliance with all recruitment policies, procedures, and legal requirements
- Manage recruitment budget tracking for executive searches
What will you need to succeed?
Must-have:
- 3-5 years of experience in executive recruitment, talent acquisition, or related HR function
- Proven track record of successfully coordinating complex recruitment processes
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills with ability to manage multiple executive searches simultaneously
- Strong research and analytical abilities with proficiency in sourcing tools and platforms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to interact professionally with senior executives
- High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint to assist with deck building and storytelling
