What is the opportunity?
As a Bilingual Implementation specialist for our Insurance Group Sales & Services, you will be responsible for the successful on-boarding experience for large cases large cases that have full package and lives through effective client communication and project management. You will be leading implementation, gathering required information from client, Advisors, Sales Representatives, and internal partners while providing superior sales implementation support and service during the submission process of new client business and adding a new product for existing clients. Proactively gathering all submission document information ensuring all necessary clarification and approvals as well as resolving any outstanding questions prior to the final submission.
What will you do?
- Managing all new case and new product submissions requests from Sales Representatives, Advisors and Group Service Representatives. Provide best practices for new case and add a new product submission including gathering master application, Advisor Compensation Form, and census data. Informing, encouraging, and sharing best practices with our Advisors, Sales Representatives and Group Service Representatives to assist in achieving plan effective dates and delivery of new case materials.
- Integrating a Proactive Sales Culture into all interactions with Sales Representatives, Advisors, Clients, and other internal/external partners. Respond to all calls within a 24-hour period. Ensuring all details are submitted with the highest level of accuracy and completeness. Take ownership and accountability in resolving inquiries and issues and look to help achieve new business sales targets.
- Acting as the driver to move plan changes through ensuring the best client experience.
- Collaborating effectively with Sales Representatives, Advisors and Underwriters for an improved client experience and attend client and Advisor meetings as required. Provide best practices for quoting activity or installation meetings.
- Maintaining and update Salesforce.com
- Demonstrating engagement through participation in 1x1 coaching, team meetings, huddles, training, contribution to employee opinion survey, action plans and process improvement activities.
- Leading after sale activities, including plan design and next steps and ensures NCR has all relevant information to complete the package.
What do you need to succeed?
Must-have
- 2 to 4 years of Group Benefits Insurance experience and knowledge
- Post-secondary and/or applicable work/insurance experience
- Client facing relations and problem resolution skills and ability to collaborate with partners to move submissions forward and obtaining necessary approvals when required.
- Excellent organizational skills, initiative and proactive.
- Bilingualism (English and French) required, as you will regularly serve our clients and do business with RBC partners and/or employees across Canada with English and French speaking needs

- CEBS (Certified Employee Benefit Specialist)
- Underwriting knowledge
- Proficiency in Microsoft Systems and Applications (e.g., Excel, Word, Outlook), with the ability to efficiently manage data, documentation, and workflow
