Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Ultrasound Technologist to perform high-quality gynecologic and pelvic ultrasounds in an outpatient setting. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and values patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform transvaginal and transabdominal pelvic ultrasounds
• Obtain accurate measurements and high-quality diagnostic images
• Assist provider with **sonohysterography (preferred but not required)
• Recognize and document abnormalities for physician interpretation
• Ensure proper documentation and image storage
• Maintain ultrasound equipment and exam rooms
• Provide a professional, comfortable, and respectful patient experience
• Collaborate closely with physician and clinical staff for efficient workflow

Qualifications

• Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS) – required
• OB/GYN specialty (or significant experience in women’s imaging) strongly preferred
• Minimum 1–2 years of ultrasound experience (outpatient preferred)
• Proficiency in transvaginal imaging required
• Strong attention to detail and image quality
• Excellent communication and patient care skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience with sonohysterography (SIS)
• Doppler ultrasound experience
• Familiarity with EMR systems (Elation or similar)
