Job Description
Rover 1 is looking to hire a Project/Business Manager who thrives in a collaborative, mission-driven environment and is passionate about helping organizations deliver results. In this role, you will manage complex projects from initiation through delivery, working closely with senior-level customers and within cross-functional teams to ensure outcomes align with strategic objectives. Responsibilities
- Manage multiple high-level projects to ensure key project metrics align with the champion’s vision
- Successfully plan and lead project kickoff meetings with full project teams and senior-level customers
- Ensure projects maintain progress in terms of resource allocation, budget, and appropriate risk allocation
- Oversee project deliverables and ensure they meet the champion’s requirements What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2+ years of experience in project management
- 1+ year supporting the Intelligence Community
- Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of an organization
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to use Excel, PowerPoint, and Word to create client-ready deliverables Desired Qualifications
- Master’s degree
- 5+ years of experience in project management
