GENERAL PURPOSE: As a Loss Prevention Specialist, you will provide a visible presence at the store entrances/exits, effectively mitigating theft and fraud while maintaining a safe environment for both associates and customers. Your responsibilities will include greeting all customers with eye contact and a friendly smile, demonstrating a courteous demeanor that deters theft by emphasizing a welcoming atmosphere.
