We provide professional Personal Support Worker (PSW) and home care services across Ontario, helping patients safely transition from hospital to home while maintaining independence and quality of life. We are looking for a high-performing Healthcare Sales Representative who understands how the Ontario healthcare system works and can build strong referral partnerships within hospitals and community healthcare organizations. Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company targets through outside sales efforts
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within target markets
- Manage existing client accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Conduct product demos and presentations to prospective clients, highlighting features and benefits
- Negotiate terms and close sales agreements effectively while maintaining professional relationships
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to adapt sales strategies accordingly
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions for clients
- Utilize Microsoft Office tools, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, for reporting and presentations
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline status using organizational skills
- Build strategic relationships with: Hospitals & discharge planners, Case managers & care coordinators, Rehabilitation Centres, Medical clinics & community health organizations
- Promote Rosehill Care at Home services
- Generate new referrals and partnership opportunities
- Conduct in-person visits, presentations, and networking
- Develop long-term referral pipelines
- Represent the company as a trusted home care partner
Requirements
- Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or medical/pharmaceutical sales preferred
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Demonstrated ability in account management and developing long-term client relationships
- Analytical skills to interpret market data and identify opportunities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint) for creating presentations and reports
- Ability to deliver engaging product demos effectively
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple accounts and priorities efficiently
- Leadership qualities with a proactive approach to driving sales initiatives
- Strong understanding of Ontario healthcare pathways
- Experience in healthcare sector preferred: Home care, Hospital discharge planning, Community health / LHIN / Ontario Health environment, OPS and Non-OPS Clients, Medical sales or healthcare business development
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-driven, confident, and results-oriented
- Comfortable working independently in a field sales role
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within GTA

Compensation
- $4,000 monthly base salary
