Therapist (Registered Psychotherapist or Social Worker) specializing in Individual, Couples, or Family Counseling at Rose Health Clinic

Are you a dedicated, experienced Therapist, either a Registered Psychotherapist or Social Worker, passionate about supporting individuals, couples, and families through their challenges? Rose Health Clinic is seeking compassionate professionals to join our collaborative team.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual psychotherapy/counseling services.
• Conduct couples counseling when required, aiding partners in resolving conflicts, enhancing communication, and strengthening their relationships.
• Offer family therapy, guiding families through challenges and fostering healthier relationships.
• Provide a blend of remote and in-person counseling sessions.
• Apply culturally sensitive and trauma-informed approaches in all therapeutic work.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Counseling Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
• Registered member in good standing with the respective regulatory body.
• Valid professional liability insurance.
• Substantial experience in therapy and counseling.

Additional Skills:

• Expertise in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness techniques, and grief counseling.
• Experience or familiarity with trauma-informed therapy, family systems theory, addiction counseling, sex therapy, and solution-focused therapy.
• Apply culturally sensitive and trauma-informed approaches in all therapeutic work.
• Experience working with BIPOC populations and addressing racial and cultural disparities in mental health.

Compensation

• Independent contractor position.
• Percentage split: 65% for the practitioner and 35% for the clinic, with a small monthly administration fee.
