· 5 to 7 years of experience, out of which at least 3 years in Procurement roles within the Real Estate Industry· Procurement planning (Actual Vs Budget)

· Responsible for all procurement end to end process for allotted projects

· Track advance payment

· Receive quotation from suppliers for comparison purpose

· Coordination with project leader for daily operational activities.

· Prepare and maintain purchasing reports, records and updated price lists

· Closely co-ordination with site engineers/PM for smoothly & timely procurement process & delivery of materials at site

· Resolve vendor or contractor grievances and claims against suppliers

· Direct and co-ordinate activities of personnel engaged in buying, selling and distributing materials, equipment, machinery and supplies

· New vendor development with vendor valuation

· manage operations involving resource planning, materials planning, in-process inspection, team building and co-ordination with the internal departments

· Conduct cost-benefit analyses for procurement decisions to maximize value for the organization.

· Software: Tally must be preferable

Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
