Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Tech Sales Associate, located in Kochi. The individual will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, demonstrating technical solutions tailored to client needs, managing customer relationships, and assisting in driving adoption of Ronicz's AI solutions as well as tech training programs. Additional tasks include facilitating customer training sessions, providing pre- and post-sales support, and gathering market feedback to enhance product offerings.
Salary Scale: ₹12,000 to ₹20,000

- Proficiency in Technical Sales and Sales processes, with the ability to explain complex technical solutions in an accessible manner.
- Strong customer service and relationship management skills to meet and exceed client expectations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey product value and support clients.
- Experience delivering training sessions and supporting customers to maximize product usage.
- Proactive problem-solving mindset and experience working in technology-driven environments.
