Your Role:

As a Junior Sales Representative, you will:

• Interact directly with homeowners and small business owners in local areas through door-to-door visits, in-person events, and cold calling.
• Initiate genuine conversations about solar energy solutions.
• Assist clients through the initial steps of the sales journey.
• Schedule meetings for our solar design consultants.
• Utilize a simple CRM system to manage your leads and follow-ups.
• Learn effective strategies for engaging clients, building your pipeline, and driving sales.
• Represent Rogue Solar with integrity and professionalism.

This is a 1099 contractor position with commission-based compensation.

Who You Are

• Self-driven and at ease starting face-to-face conversations.
• Technologically adept, able to effectively use a smartphone and basic CRM tools.
• Have reliable transportation for commuting to field locations.
• Customer service experience (in retail, hospitality, etc.) is a plus but not a requirement.
