We’re Hiring: Associate Software Developer

Rogue Pixxel is hiring an Associate Software Developer for a long-term product development role in the education technology / institutional ERP space.

This is a good opportunity for someone who wants to work on a serious real-world software product, learn product development deeply, and grow with ownership.

Position Details

Role: Associate Software Developer

CTC: ₹3.6 LPA

Type: Full-time

Location: Ashok Nagar, Ranchi, Jharkhand

Experience: 3-5 years experience preferred

What You’ll Work On

You will work on web-based product features related to institutional operations such as:

Student and user workflows
Attendance and academic modules
Fee and finance-related workflows
Dashboards and reports
Communication and notification flows
Admin panels and role-based interfaces

Responsibilities

Develop, improve, and maintain product features
Work on frontend and/or backend tasks
Debug issues and improve product stability
Write clean, readable, and maintainable code
Collaborate with the team on product requirements
Take ownership of assigned work and deliver consistently

Required Skills

Good understanding of web development fundamentals
Basic knowledge of frontend or backend development
Understanding of APIs, databases, and Git
Logical problem-solving ability
