The Restaurant Assistant General Manager supports the General Manager in maintaining excellent guest service and smooth restaurant operations within a casual dining environment. This role includes overseeing a team of 10-25 staff members, managing scheduling, ordering, and assisting with profit and loss statements to ensure operational efficiency and a positive dining experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily management of guest service and restaurant operations
• Oversee and support a team of 10-25 staff members

• Support preparation and analysis of profit and loss statements

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• 5+ years of experience in restaurant management
• Proficiency in P&L analysis and scheduling software
