Job Title: Telecaller

Job Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller to connect with schools, and potential clients. The role involves explaining our robotics, AI, and space education programs, generating leads, and supporting business growth through effective communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to schools, parents, and leads provided by the company
- Explain ROBO+ EduTech programs (Robotics, AI, Space Labs, Workshops, etc.)
- Generate and maintain leads and follow-ups
- Schedule meetings, demos, and presentations with interested clients
- Maintain daily call reports and update CRM/data sheets
- Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information
- Build and maintain good relationships with clients
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets
Required Skills
- Good communication skills (Hindi, English, Gujarati preferred)
- Confident and persuasive speaking ability
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Google Sheets)
- Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated
- Strong follow-up and convincing skills
Qualification:
- Minimum: 12th Pass / Graduate (any stream)
- Preference: Candidates with experience in telecalling, sales, or education sector
Salary & Benefits:
