Background

We are supporting a rapidly growing, mission driven healthcare organization dedicated exclusively to serving Canadian Veterans and RCMP members. Founded to address long standing gaps in access to care, the organization provides barrier free, fully covered healthcare services, enabling clients to focus on recovery rather than administrative burden.

With multiple clinics opened nationally over the past two years and continued expansion underway, the organization delivers coordinated, evidence informed care through a collaborative, interdisciplinary model. All services are direct billed through Veterans Affairs Canada, and the organization manages all administrative, billing, and claims related processes on behalf of both patients and practitioners.

Practitioners are supported by a dedicated clinical and administrative team, allowing them to focus on delivering high quality, patient centred care to individuals who have served our country.

About the Role

We are currently recruiting a

qualified Physiotherapist

to join a growing clinical team providing assessment and treatment services to Veterans and RCMP members. This opportunity is well suited to practitioners seeking meaningful clinical work within a supportive, well resourced practice environment.

Practitioners may be engaged as:

  • T4 employees, or
  • Incorporated independent practitioners

Flexible scheduling options are available depending on clinic needs and practitioner availability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver physiotherapy assessments and treatments to Veterans and RCMP members
  • Develop individualized, evidence based treatment plans, including for service related injuries and chronic or complex conditions
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary clinical team to support integrated and coordinated care
  • Maintain accurate, timely, and professional clinical documentation in accordance with organizational standards
  • Adhere to professional, ethical, and regulatory standards applicable to the province of practice
  • Contribute to a respectful, patient focused environment that prioritizes dignity, accessibility, and quality of care

All billing, and administrative processes are handled by the organization.

What You Must Bring to This Role

  • Degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution
  • Registration and membership in good standing with the Newfoundland and Labrador College of Physiotherapists (NLCP)
  • Eligibility for approval under Veterans Affairs Canada as a physiotherapy provider
  • Ability to practice independently within a professional clinical setting
  • Strong communication skills and a patient centred approach to care

Assets

  • Experience working with Veterans, RCMP members, first responders, or military populations
  • Experience in interdisciplinary or clinic based practice settings
  • Interest in contributing to a growing organization with a clear social mission
