Location: Newark, NJ (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)

Duration: 6-month contract

Pay rate: $48/hr-$52/hr

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of video production, including pre-production planning, on-site production, and post-production editing.
• Film, guide, and direct video shoots, ensuring high production quality and efficient execution.
• Produce compelling long-form video content for large corporate organizations.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand creative objectives and translate them into engaging video narratives.
• Direct and coach on-camera talent to ensure confident, authentic, and effective performances.
• Capture high-quality video and audio using professional camera and recording equipment.
• Edit video content, incorporating B-roll, motion graphics, animations, sound design, and color correction as needed.
• Oversee the creative process from concept through final delivery while maintaining timelines and quality standards.
• Adapt to changing priorities and support a wide range of video projects in a fast-paced environment.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience managing the full video production process, including pre-production, production, and post-production.
• Experience producing long-form video content for large companies or enterprise-level organizations.
• Prior experience in an agency environment or an in-house corporate video production team.
• Advanced video editing skills with experience using Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Experience creating motion graphics and animations with Adobe After Effects.
• Strong technical expertise in camera operation, lighting, audio capture, and post-production workflows.
• Experience incorporating B-roll, motion graphics, and basic animations into video projects.
• Demonstrated ability to direct, guide, and coach on-camera talent.
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and project management skills.

The salary range for this position is $48/hr to $52/hr. Benefits available to contract/temporary professionals, include medical, vision, dental, and life and disability insurance.
