Open to remote candidates for the right fit.Duration: 12-month contractHours: 40 hours per weekStart: Mid–late MarchOverviewWe are seeking a Senior SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to provide hands-on expertise across multiple modules, supporting post-implementation stabilization and ongoing enhancements.Over the past several years, core SuccessFactors modules have been implemented, including Employee Central (EC), Benefits, Time Off, and Employee Central Payroll (ECP), with Performance Management currently in progress. As internal team structures evolve, this role will provide senior-level capability and capacity to ensure stability, governance, and continuous improvement.This consultant will operate within a structured tiered support model and play a key role in complex troubleshooting, configuration work, and integration oversight.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as Tier 3 escalation point for complex SAP SuccessFactors issuesLead deep troubleshooting and root cause analysis across EC, Benefits, and Time OffDeliver prioritized configuration and enhancement work with clear risk, impact, and testing documentationManage Dev → Test → Prod lifecycle with strong governance disciplineSupport and monitor integrations (middleware: SAP BTP)Triage interface jobs/logs and coordinate vendor escalations when requiredAssist with stabilization of post–go-live items and ongoing implementation tasksStrengthen release management practices and change control processesProvide documentation, runbooks, and knowledge transfer to internal IT and HR stakeholdersHelp define what should be handled internally vs. escalated externally Core Modules in ScopeEmployee Central (critical focus)BenefitsTime OffECP (high importance, particularly EC → ECP replication monitoring)Performance & Goals / PMGM (nice to have)Environment includes standard Dev, Test, and Production landscapes.
