Senior Accountant

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for general ledger reconciliations for fixed assets, intercompany transactions, lease accounting, and equity, ensuring all reconciliations are accurate, complete, and audit-ready.
• Support month-end close activities such as preparing journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, as well as trend and variance analysis.
• Support mergers and acquisitions (M&A) integration and due diligence activities.
• Assist with reviewing internal controls and supporting both internal and external audits as directed by the Controller and CFO.
• Prepare and distribute monthly financial reporting packages and management reports.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities as needed.
• Conduct financial analysis, technical accounting research, and support special projects and strategic initiatives as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Active CPA license (or in process) required.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including at least 1 year in a public accounting firm.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and accounting/ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or Workday).
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively on cross-functional projects.
