Job Description
We are seeking a professional and welcoming Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients and employees. The Receptionist will manage front desk operations, answer and route calls, coordinate schedules and provide administrative support to help ensure smooth daily office operations. This position is onsite working Monday to Friday.ResponsibilitiesGreet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional mannerAnswer, screen and direct incoming phone callsManage the front desk and maintain a tidy reception areaSupport executives.Schedule meetings and assist with calendar coordinationMaintain office supplies and place orders as neededPerform data entry, filing and general administrative supportCoordinate with internal teams to support office operationsAssist with special projects and other duties as assigned
