This opportunity is based on-site five days a week.Responsibilities:Assist with sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and internal databases.Handled heavy daily call volume in a fast-paced environmentReview resumes and screen applicants for qualifications, skills, and interest. Schedule interviews and coordinate communication between candidates and hiring managers. Maintain applicant tracking systems and ensure accurate candidate records. Support onboarding activities for new hires.Help draft and post job descriptions for open positions. Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
