AI/ML Engineer

Description

Key Responsibilities:

+ Design, develop, and implement machine learning and AI models to solve complex business challenges.

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, collect and prepare data, and deliver scalable, production-ready solutions.

+ Evaluate model performance and continuously improve accuracy, reliability, and efficiency.

+ Deploy AI/ML solutions to cloud or on-premises environments and monitor operation and outcomes.

+ Document methodologies, processes, and results to support future development and compliance requirements.

Requirements

Requirements

+ Proven experience in machine learning, deep learning, and artificial intelligence engineering.

+ Proficiency with Python and ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).

+ Strong foundation in data engineering, model evaluation, and statistical analysis.

+ Experience deploying ML solutions to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

+ Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

+ Advanced degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or related field.

+ Experience with natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, or reinforcement learning.

+ Exposure to MLOps tools and processes for CI/CD in ML environments.
