Job Title: Client Servicing / Customer Success Executive
Location: Naraina Industrial Area, New Delhi
Salary: Up to ₹3 LPA CTC
Experience: Freshers / 0–1 year experience
About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Client Servicing / Customer Success Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, addressing queries, and ensuring a seamless post-sales experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle client queries and provide support through calls, emails, and chat
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client issues efficiently
- Ensure timely resolution of client concerns and maintain high customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions in CRM systems
- Assist clients with product onboarding and basic training when required
Requirements
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools is a plus
- Ability to manage multiple client requests and prioritize tasks
- Customer-first attitude and willingness to learn
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- Freshers are welcome to apply
Compensation
- Maximum CTC up to ₹3 LPA
