JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for an experienced, proactive and technically sound Industrial Sales Engineer to drive consultative sales of above-mentioned industrial specialty consumables. The role involves end-to-end client engagement - from lead generation and technical trials to final sales closure and payment follow-up. This position is ideal for individuals with a background in engineering or industrial sciences, who are passionate about B2B sales and technical problem-solving.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Consultative selling of specialty lubricants, advanced engineering plastics, engineering adhesives/sealants, composites, industrial coatings and other products.
• Engage customers from initial inquiry through technical trials and final approvals.
• Manage the full sales cycle including technical discussions, negotiations, and order closures.
• Coordinate with internal technical teams to ensure smooth execution of trials and solutions.
• Follow up for post-sale support and payment collection.
• Build, maintain and grow relationships with industrial clients.
• Provide regular feedback and market insights to the sales and product teams.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Education: Minimum Bachelor of Science or Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical/Chemical/Polymers preferred).
• Experience: Minimum 2 years in industrial or technical B2B sales preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to understand and explain technical products and solutions.
• Comfortable with on-site client visits and industrial environments.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
