About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to support daily transportation operations and employee relations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with people, and is interested in growing within Operations and Human Resources.

Pay: $22 to $24 per hour

Responsibilities

• Support dispatch with trip coverage and daily operational coordination
• Monitor chauffeur assignments and schedule changes
• Communicate trip updates, delays, and service changes to chauffeurs
• Provide coaching and day-to-day support to chauffeurs
• Assist with documentation, compliance, and employee concerns
• Help improve communication, accountability, and operational efficiency.
• Partner with the detail department to make sure all vehicles are pristine

Qualifications

• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Microsoft Office proficiency
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Transportation or logistics experience preferred

Education & Experience

• High school diploma required; college degree preferred
• Experience in logistics, fleet operations, or transportation strongly preferred
