As an experienced professional in labor mobilization, you will be responsible for the following:

• Maintaining documentation for office vehicles, staff mess, printing materials, etc.
• Arranging transportation and accommodation for office staff.
• Taking care of the labor camp and ensuring general facilities such as water, electricity, accommodation, and transportation are in order.
• Following up on the cleaning of the labor camp.
• Resourcing laborers and contractors.
• Managing a substantial data bank of contractors.
• Ensuring timely accommodation for new laborers arriving at the camp.
• Conducting daily headcounts of laborers in the morning.
• Coordinating the transportation of laborers from the camp to the work site.
