Job Title: Licensed Psychologist (Psychological Testing & Psychotherapy)

Location: In-person and Telehealth options available (Ashburn VA)

Position Summary:

The Psychologist will conduct comprehensive psychological evaluation, Individual Therapy for children, adolescents, and/or adults. This role offers flexibility with both in-person and virtual services.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct psychological assessments, including cognitive, academic, personality, and diagnostic evaluations.

Administer, score, and interpret standardized psychological tests

Prepare comprehensive, timely, and clear evaluation reports

Provide feedback sessions to patients and families

Collaborate with clinical team members and referral sources

Maintain accurate and compliant documentation.

Provide recommendations for treatment, accommodations, or further services

Provide Individual Psychotherapy to children and adults

Qualifications

Doctoral degree (PhD or PsyD) in Psychology

Active and unrestricted state license as a Psychologist

Experience in psychological testing and report writing

Strong clinical judgment and communication skills

Ability to provide both in-person and telehealth services

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with children and adolescents

Familiarity with school-based evaluations and accommodations
