Mental Health Specialist

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Mental Health Specialist located in Ranchi. The Mental Health Specialist will provide mental health care, conduct psychological assessments, and manage cases to support individuals' mental well-being. Key responsibilities include offering crisis intervention, developing treatment plans, collaborating with other healthcare professionals, and providing guidance to clients to improve their mental health and quality of life.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Mental Health Care and a strong foundation in mental health and psychology
• Proficiency in Case Management and experience in devising and executing treatment plans
• Skills in Crisis Intervention to assess and address urgent mental health needs
• Ability to work collaboratively with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Excellent communication, listening, and problem-solving skills
• Relevant certifications or licenses in mental health or psychology are highly desirable
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, or a related field
• Experience in mental health settings or similar roles will be considered a strong asset
