📋 What You'll Be Responsible For:

🔹 Logistics & Transportation — Plan, manage and optimize end-to-end logistics, routing and shipment operations to achieve 99%+ on-time delivery across India

🔹 Vendor & 3PL Management — Negotiate rates and SLAs with transporters, freight forwarders and third-party logistics partners; drive continuous cost reduction without compromising service quality

🔹 Warehousing & Inventory Control — Manage multi-site warehouse operations on a FIFO basis; conduct daily, weekly and monthly stock audits with 100% ERP/SAP reconciliation

🔹 Dispatch & Compliance — Oversee all dispatch documentation including invoices, e-way bills, LRs and gate passes; ensure full compliance with GST, MoRTH, Insurance and other statutory requirements

🔹 Transit Insurance — Manage insurance claims and coordinate timely settlements with insurers and surveyors

🔹 Team Leadership — Lead, mentor and supervise store, dispatch and procurement teams; build a culture of accountability, efficiency and continuous improvement

🔹 Data & Reporting — Prepare MIS reports, KPI dashboards and management review decks covering logistics costs, OTIF, inventory turns and vendor performance

🔹 Safety & Standards — Drive 5S, EHS and safety standards across all stores, warehouses and dispatch areas

🎯 What We're Looking For:

✅ Experience: 5–7 years in supply chain, logistics, procurement, stores or dispatch functions

✅ Industry Background: Manufacturing, EPC, renewable energy or engineering companies preferred

✅ Technology: Hands-on with SAP, Tally ERP 9 or equivalent

✅ Skills: Vendor negotiation, inventory management, statutory compliance & cross-functional coordination

✅ Leadership: Ability to manage teams in a fast-paced, multi-site environment

✅ Communication: English & Hindi required; Marathi preferred

✅ Education: Graduate in any discipline | PG in SCM / Logistics / Operations is a plus
