Manager/Senior Manager - Finance - Global Investment Firm

Role Overview:

You have an exciting opportunity with a leading global investment management firm (~$200Bn AUM) to build a well-rounded career across finance functions. This is a unique rotational program within the CFO organization, providing exposure across multiple teams and the chance to contribute to high-impact finance and operational initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Rotations across fund accounting, financial reporting, and finance operations (6-9 months each)
• Review financial statements, reconciliations, and management reporting
• Drive process improvements and automation initiatives
• Collaborate with global teams on financial analysis and reporting
• Work on ad-hoc projects, transitions, and business-critical initiatives

Qualifications Required:

• 8-12 years of experience in audit, accounting, or investment management finance
• Strong understanding of fund accounting and financial operations
• Knowledge of US GAAP, reconciliations, and reporting
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
