Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Occupational Therapist located in Surat. The Occupational Therapist will focus on assessing, planning, and implementing customized therapy sessions for children, helping them develop motor, sensory, social, and daily living skills. The role involves collaborating with families and interdisciplinary teams to create comprehensive treatment plans, monitoring progress, and adjusting interventions as necessary. Additionally, the Occupational Therapist will ensure documentation of treatments and maintain open communication with caregivers to provide guidance and support.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Occupational Therapy, including assessment, planning, and treatment implementation.
• Understanding of Rehabilitation practices and foundational knowledge of Medicine.
• Experience or specialization in Pediatrics, with a keen ability to work with children of varying needs and abilities.
• Strong Communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Master’s degree or equivalent in Occupational Therapy with relevant certifications.
• Compassionate, patient, and a commitment to improving children’s quality of life.
• Prior experience in a similar setting will be an advantage.
