Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site leadership role for a Vice President position based in Lucknow. The Vice President will play a pivotal role in developing and executing strategic initiatives, overseeing daily operations, managing cross-functional teams, and driving organizational growth. • Stakeholder Management: Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and collaboration skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong Analytical Skills: Problem-solving and decision-making abilities with experience in data-driven analysis and strategic execution.
• Educational Background: Advanced degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field is highly desirable.
• Preferred Experience: 10+ years in a senior leadership role within relevant industries. Familiarity with sustainability practices and ESG compliance is advantageous.
