- Address straightforward HR questions such as leave policies, performance management basics, system navigation, and updating employee information
- Provide initial responses to more complex cases like terminations and claims, gathering necessary details for escalation
- Research and provide accurate answers for inquiries across multiple countries globally, utilizing internal resources
- Ensure prompt first responses and efficient case resolution to meet team performance targets
- Collaborate with various internal teams to comprehensively address client and employee needs
- Identify opportunities to improve operational workflows and ensure consistency in responses through standardized templates
- *Qualifications Required:**
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, Communications, or related field
- 4+ years of experience in an HR support role within a fast-paced, client-facing environment
- Solid understanding of core HR practices, including leave management, performance management, and HR compliance
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Resourceful and proactive mindset with the ability to research and resolve issues independently
- Proficiency with ticketing systems and experience working with HRIS platforms
- Professional working proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus
- Flexibility to work with US customers in the EST time zone
- Grit, patience, and empathy in dealing with different teams, customers, and partners
