Senior Merchandiser – Garment Manufacturing

Location: Santacruz West, Mumbai

Experience Required: 5+ years in garment merchandising (ethnic wear preferred)

Role Overview:

Rinwera Designs is seeking an experienced Senior Merchandiser to manage the complete merchandising cycle for our ethnic women’s and kids’ garment lines. You’ll coordinate directly with buyers, ensure timely sample approvals, and oversee production execution across departments to ensure quality and on-time delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the key point of contact between buyers and internal departments (CAD, sampling, production, quality)
• Manage sample development, submission, and buyer approvals
• Track orders from development to dispatch, ensuring timelines and quality benchmarks are met
• Maintain BOMs, tech packs, and T&A sheets with accuracy
• Ensure timely procurement of fabrics, trims, and embellishments
• Attend buyer meetings for costing, styling feedback, and delivery planning
• Coordinate with production teams across Santacruz and Bhiwandi units

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in merchandising (preferably in ethnicwear manufacturing)
• Strong understanding of garment construction, fabrics, and embellishments
• Excellent communication, time management, and follow-up skills
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple orders simultaneously

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
