THE MANDATE
Own Rigicon’s commercial business across Canada for our IPP, AUS, and male continence portfolio. Set the strategy, activate centers of excellence, and build a credible field presence—while staying close to the clinical work yourself.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Lead & execute: Set IPP/AUS priorities by province with clear quarterly plans and forecasts.
- Activate centers: In‑services, proctoring, and credible case support that turn early adopters into reference sites.
- Coach partners: Elevate distributors on positioning, pipeline health, account development, and case coverage.
- Market access: Support regional pricing, hospital procurement processes, and formulary listing; uphold ethical promotion and compliance.
- Partner internally: Work directly with Marketing and Clinical teams on localized materials, education programs, and launch readiness.
- Be in the field: This is a player‑coach role—lead the commercial strategy and lead by example in front of customers.
WHAT YOU BRING
- 7+ years in urology medical devices in Canada, ideally implantable devices (IPP, AUS, male slings, SNM) or adjacent implants.
- A live network with urologists, reconstructive surgeons, or continence implanters in at least one major Canadian market (Ontario, BC, Quebec, Alberta).
- Proven track record opening new accounts, enabling distributor partners, and personally closing complex clinical business.
- Language: English required; French (for Quebec market) is a strong asset.
- Mobility: Valid Canadian work authorization; ability to travel nationally and occasionally internationally.
- Gold standard: Hands‑on experience with recognized urology implant systems and strong relationships with Canadian implanters.
