<ul data-ogsb="white">
<li data-ogsc="black">
<div data-ogsc="">Oversee gate/commercial garage door <strong data-ogsc="">service and installation teams</strong> to ensure quality, safety, and efficiency.</div>
</li>
<li data-ogsc="black">
<div data-ogsc="">Manage all <strong data-ogsc="">department operations</strong>, including sales, dispatch, pricing, inventory, fleet maintenance, hiring, and training.</div>
</li>
<li data-ogsc="black">Create and execute <strong data-ogsc="">marketing plans</strong>, internal promotions, goal tracking, and lead generation programs.</li>
<li data-ogsc="black">Ensure compliance with <strong data-ogsc="">local, state, and federal codes</strong> as well as safety and service standards.</li>
<li data-ogsc="black">Provide <strong data-ogsc="">technical support</strong> and ongoing coaching to team members.</li>
<li data-ogsc="black"><strong data-ogsc="">Hire, onboard, and evaluate</strong> technicians to maintain top-tier talent.</li>
<li data-ogsc="black">Monitor team performance to <strong data-ogsc="">maximize profit and customer satisfaction</strong>.</li>
<li data-ogsc="black">Collaborate with leadership to generate <strong data-ogsc="">departmental reports and budgets</strong>.</li>
<li data-ogsc="black">Respond quickly to <strong data-ogsc="">service issues</strong>, maintain operational uptime, and track inventory and fleet usage.</li>
<li data-ogsc="black">Handle <strong data-ogsc="">scheduling needs</strong> with flexibility, including availability for emergencies, weekends, or holidays as needed.</li>

<div data-ogsc=""><strong data-ogsc="">5+ years</strong> of gate/commercial garage door experience.</div>
</li>
<li data-ogsc="black"><strong data-ogsc="">5+ years</strong> of hands-on field experience in light commercial garage door service.</li>
<li data-ogsc="black">
<div data-ogsc="">3+ years of leadership experience</div>
</li>
<li data-ogsc="black">
<div data-ogsc="">Strong understanding of garage door systems and general home service codes (residential experience a plus).</div>
</li>
<li data-ogsc="black">High school diploma or GED required.</li>
<li data-ogsc="black">Physical ability to lift 50 lbs and work in varied conditions.</li>
<li data-ogsc="black">Valid driver's license with a <strong data-ogsc="">clean driving record</strong>.</li>
<li data-ogsc="black">A passion for team leadership, accountability, and customer satisfaction.</li>
