We are looking for motivated and result-driven individuals to join our real estate firm as Commission-Based Sales Associates. This role is ideal for freelancers, brokers, and sales professionals who want to earn high income based on performance.
This is a no-salary position with attractive commission on every successful deal.
- Key Responsibilities:Generate leads for buying, selling, and renting properties
- Handle client inquiries and conduct property site visits
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Negotiate and close real estate deals
- Coordinate with buyers, sellers, and documentation teams
- Stay updated with local property market trends
- Eligibility / Requirements:Experience in real estate or sales is preferred (not mandatory)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset
- Basic knowledge of local property market is a plus
- Own vehicle / local travel ability preferred
- Compensation:100% Commission-Based (No Fixed Salary)
