Job Summary

Ridhira Group is seeking a creative and strategic Content Marketing Manager to lead storytelling, brand communication, and digital content initiatives across its wellness living, retreat, and real estate verticals.

This role will be responsible for building a strong brand narrative, driving engagement, and supporting lead generation through impactful content across platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Strategy & Planning:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive content marketing strategy aligned with business goals.
• Build monthly and quarterly content calendars across digital and offline channels.
• Align content with sales campaigns, project launches, and wellness initiatives.

Brand Storytelling:

• Create compelling narratives around wellness living, luxury retreats, and community lifestyle.
• Translate Ridhiras vision into engaging content for different target audiences.
• Ensure consistency in tone, voice, and brand guidelines.

Digital Content Creation:

• Oversee creation of content for:
• Website (blogs, landing pages, project pages).
• Social media (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube).
• Email campaigns and newsletters.
• Brochures, pitch decks, and sales collaterals.
• Work closely with design and video teams for high-quality output.

SEO & Performance Marketing Support:

• Drive organic traffic through SEO-optimized content.
• Collaborate with performance marketing team for ad creatives and copies.
• Track content performance (engagement, leads, conversions).

Campaign & Launch Support:

• Support project launches, events, and retreat promotions with content.
• Create storytelling campaigns for lead generation and brand awareness.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

• Work with Sales, CRM, Digital Marketing, and Leadership teams.
• Coordinate with external agencies, writers, and freelancers.

Key Requirements:

• 4-8 years of experience in content marketing.
• Background in real estate / hospitality / wellness / lifestyle brands preferred.
• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
• Experience in SEO, social media, and campaign planning.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.

Good to Have:

• Experience in luxury or premium brands.
• Understanding of wellness concepts (spa, retreats, holistic living).
• Basic knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.
