Role Objective

We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Executive who thrives at the intersection of data and creativity. With 3 years of hands-on experience, you’ll own end-to-end paid acquisition—driving high-quality traffic, maximizing conversions, and scaling campaigns with a strong focus on ROAS.

This role demands someone who can double down on what works and cut what doesn’t—fast.

Key Responsibilities

📊 Campaign Management

  • Plan, launch, and manage full-funnel campaigns across:
  • Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Display, Performance Max)
  • Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
  • LinkedIn Campaign Manager

⚙️ Performance Optimization

  • Monitor campaigns daily and optimize bids, budgets, and targeting
  • Ensure campaigns consistently hit CPA and ROAS benchmarks

🧪 A/B Testing & Experimentation

  • Execute structured testing for:
  • Ad creatives
  • Copy variations
  • Landing pages
  • Improve CTR and Conversion Rates (CVR)

📈 Data & Reporting

  • Build weekly/monthly performance dashboards using GA4 and Looker Studio
  • Translate data into actionable insights (not just reports)

🔍 Funnel & Tracking Analysis

  • Ensure accurate tracking using UTMs, GTM, Pixels
  • Identify and fix drop-offs across the user journey

🎨 Creative Collaboration

  • Work closely with the design team
  • Guide creatives based on performance data (UGC, statics, motion creatives)

💰 Budget Ownership

  • Manage and pace monthly ad spends efficiently
  • Ensure optimal allocation without overshooting budgets

  • Strong hands-on experience with:
  • Google Ads Manager
  • Meta Business Suite
  • LinkedIn Campaign Manager

📊 Analytics & Tracking

  • Mandatory: GA4 (Google Analytics)
  • Preferred: Google Tag Manager (GTM) & attribution modeling

📑 Data Handling

  • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills
  • Pivot Tables
  • VLOOKUP
  • Data visualization

🧠 Strategic Thinking

  • Ability to go beyond vanity metrics
  • Strong focus on CAC, LTV, and Revenue impact

🏅 Certifications (Good to Have)

  • Google Ads Certification
  • Meta Blueprint Certification
