Role Overview
The Digital Manager Executive will be responsible for managing client relationships, resolving escalations, and ensuring seamless campaign execution. This role involves handling 10+ client accounts simultaneously, delivering timely updates, coordinating with internal teams, and driving measurable marketing outcomes that ensure high client satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities :
Client Servicing & Communication
- Act as the primary point of contact for client queries and day-to-day communication.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Handle client escalations promptly and professionally.
- Manage 10+ client accounts while maintaining quality and consistency.
Campaign Management
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor digital marketing campaigns.
- Work closely with creative, media buying, and web development teams.
- Ensure timely delivery of campaigns within agreed budgets.
- Track performance and suggest ongoing optimizations.
Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute digital strategies aligned with client objectives.

Analytics & Reporting
- Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and Meta Ads Manager.

- Assist in managing budgets, invoices, and resource allocation.
Requirements
- Experience in a digital marketing agency environment.
- Proven experience handling 10+ client accounts simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (Social Media, Google Ads, Meta Ads).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and client-handling skills.
- Working knowledge of tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and project management platforms.
