Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Mental Health Specialist based in Thiruvananthapuram. The Mental Health Specialist will provide counseling and therapeutic services, conduct comprehensive assessments, and develop individualized care plans. Responsibilities also include case management, crisis intervention, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality care. The role demands compassion, professionalism, and a client-centered approach to meet the mental health needs of individuals and families.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Mental Health Care and knowledge of Psychology
• Experience in Case Management and providing support to individuals and families
• Skills in Mental Health diagnosis, treatment planning, and implementation
• Expertise in Crisis Intervention and de-escalation techniques
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work with diverse populations
• Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field (required)
• Licensure or ability to obtain licensure in mental health counseling or a related field
• Prior experience in mental health or a related clinical setting is a strong advantage
