Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Production Engineer to oversee and optimize manufacturing processes in CNC machining, sheet metal fabrication, and assembly operations. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient production, maintaining quality standards, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, manage, and supervise daily production activities across CNC machining, sheet metal, and assembly lines
• Optimize machine utilization, manpower, and production schedules to meet targets
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and implement corrective actions for deviations
• Coordinate with design, quality, and maintenance teams to resolve production issues
• Monitor and improve productivity, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness
• Implement lean manufacturing practices and continuous improvement initiatives
• Prepare production reports, MIS, and performance analysis
• Ensure compliance with safety and operational guidelines
• Handle troubleshooting of CNC machines and fabrication processes

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• 4–6 years of experience in CNC machining, sheet metal, and assembly operations
• Strong knowledge of production planning and process optimization
• Familiarity with CNC programming, fabrication techniques, and assembly processes
• Understanding of quality tools and lean manufacturing concepts
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to manage teams and coordinate cross-functional activities

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in ERP systems and production tracking tools
• Knowledge of ISO standards and documentation
• Exposure to automation and process improvement projects

Working Conditions:

• Location: Surajpur Site C, Greater Noida
• Full-time, on-site role

Compensation

• ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month (based on experience and skills)

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
