Resolute is a fast-growing email marketing agency in Hyderabad working with US-based clients. As we expand, we are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to manage client accounts, drive business growth, and support international clients within an agency environment.

Location: Hyderabad

Shift: US Shift

What We’re Looking For

• 3–5 years of experience in Digital Marketing
• International client handling experience is mandatory
• Experience working in an agency environment is preferred
• Strong understanding of email marketing campaigns and strategy
• Comfortable working in US shift
• MBA or any graduation with relevant experience
• Ability to work independently in a fast-growing team

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow relationships with international client accounts
• Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients
• Understand client business goals and recommend suitable digital marketing solutions
• Oversee email marketing campaign execution with internal teams
• Identify growth opportunities, upselling, and business development opportunities
• Ensure smooth onboarding and long-term account success
• Coordinate with Sales, Delivery, and Operations teams for seamless execution
• Maintain high client satisfaction and retention

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
