Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Customer Service Specialist role based in Panvel. The Customer Service Specialist will handle incoming calls, emails, and in-person inquiries, providing accurate information about products, services, and order status. The role involves resolving customer issues, logging and tracking service requests, coordinating with technical and operations teams, and following up to ensure timely resolution. The specialist will update customer records, maintain organized documentation, and support billing or payment queries as needed. Daily responsibilities also include maintaining a professional service desk environment, escalating complex issues appropriately, and sharing customer feedback with management to improve service quality.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and client support skills, including the ability to handle inquiries, complaints, and follow-ups with patience and professionalism.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills in English and local languages, with the ability to explain information in a simple, respectful, and solution-focused manner.
• Basic computer literacy, including comfort with email, spreadsheets, and customer service or ticketing systems; ability to update and maintain accurate records.
• Problem-solving and time-management abilities, including prioritizing multiple customer requests and meeting response or resolution timelines.
• Ability to work on-site full time in Panvel, maintain punctuality, and collaborate closely with operations, sales, and technical teams.
• Prior experience in customer service, retail, or front-desk roles is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; a diploma or degree in any field is an advantage.
