Senior Executive- Utility Engineer

· Render all the services like (a) Air conditioning (b) Humidity control (c) Electricity (d) R.O water (e) soft water (1) Hot water (g) Compressed air (h) Vacuum to the production

· Maintain all the utility machines in up-to-date condition.

· Scheduling Preventive maintenance of all the machineries, equipment’s and execute the same.

· Execute & Record tank cleaning work timely.

· Annual electrical inspection and submit required data.

· Solar Plant Monitoring and generation data record.

· Monitoring, record & report daily consumption of utility.

· Maintaining all documents as per requirements such as preventive maintenance, log book, Training records etc.

· Updated both English & Gujarati SOP of departments before due date.

· Maintenance MEMO work allocation, checking and record the same in log book.

· Observe the daily logbooks & formats filled by operators. Issue & submitted the same regularly.

· Calibration & validation of equipment’s and accessories relevant to Engineering/Utility.

· Guide electrician to resolve the maintenance problems.

· Management of material required for engineering/utility and plant machineries.

· Man power allocation.

· Conduct the Department Audit.

· Implement machinery with new upgrade technology to increase work efficiency reduce operating cost

· Co-ordinate with other department for resolving the problems and reduce the breakdown time by taking efficient efforts.

· File quarterly D.G set duty as per unit generation records.

· Checking of monthly electricity bill, Record on G7 card and submitted the same to GEB.

· Annual Maintenance contract of the machines and follow up with the parties.

· Maintain spare part of the machineries.

· Maintaining installed Compressors details and updated regularly.

· Communicate with service engineer called for resolving problems of machineries.

· Handling of other maintenance related work such as civil work, plumbing work, etc

Expert in pharma formulation plant.

• Audits faced Like, WHO, USFD, EU.
• Handling over all electrical & mechanical problems, team Handling.
• Experience Above 8 Years.
