We're Hiring: International Tele caller (US E-commerce Process)
Company: Renown Alfa Technologies Pvt. Ltd. (Renown Mart)
Location: E-20, 1st Floor, Sector-3, Noida
Shift: Night Shift (8:00 PM – 5:00 AM)
Working Days: Monday to Friday
CTC: up to ₹3.5 LPA + Attractive Performance Incentives

Key Responsibilities
- Connect with US-based clients through outbound calls, emails, and virtual communication channels.
- Promote and sell e-commerce services to online businesses and marketplace sellers.
- Generate qualified leads and convert prospects into long-term clients.
- Understand customer business requirements and recommend suitable service solutions.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue objectives.
- Maintain accurate client records and sales reports using CRM tools.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
- Handle customer inquiries and deliver excellent customer support.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: 6 Months to 3 Years (International Sales / US Process preferred).
- Excellent verbal communication and persuasive selling skills.
- Strong customer handling, objection handling, and negotiation abilities.
- Comfortable working in night shifts aligned with US business hours.
- Ability to perform in a target-driven environment.
- Basic understanding of Amazon, Walmart, Shopify, eBay, or other e-commerce platforms is preferred.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools will be an added advantage.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
