Qualifications required for this role:
- Educational Qualification - CA
- 12 years of experience as a CFO or in a senior financial leadership role within the staffing industry or social sectors
- Strong background in fundraising, capital management, and investor relations
- Extensive knowledge of financial regulations, reporting, and compliance
- Exceptional analytical and strategic planning skills
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities
- Team handling experience is a must
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and procedures
- Experience with financial reporting and analysis, budgeting and forecasting, internal controls, and compliance
