CFO / Finance Controller

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Leading fundraising efforts and managing investor relations to secure funding for expansion and social impact initiatives
• Overseeing the budgeting process, conducting financial analysis, and providing accurate forecasts to support decision-making and resource allocation
• Ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements to stakeholders and regulatory authorities
• Assessing and mitigating financial risks, establishing internal controls, and maintaining compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards
• Providing leadership and guidance to the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement
• Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to identify growth opportunities, strategic partnerships, and innovative financial solutions

Qualifications required for this role:

• Educational Qualification - CA
• 12 years of experience as a CFO or in a senior financial leadership role within the staffing industry or social sectors
• Strong background in fundraising, capital management, and investor relations
• Extensive knowledge of financial regulations, reporting, and compliance
• Exceptional analytical and strategic planning skills
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities
• Team handling experience is a must
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and procedures
• Experience with financial reporting and analysis, budgeting and forecasting, internal controls, and compliance
